Some of the items offered by the Nipissing University Marketplace may be sold only to eligible purchasers (for instance, faculty, staff or students). Orders submitted for items that shoppers are not eligible to purchase will be cancelled and funds refunded.
 
While every attempt is made to update these websites with correct inventory and pricing information, a small number of the items in our catalogs may be mispriced or no longer available. If an item is no longer available or its correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before processing or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
